A preparation marker
The point at which to check accounts, names, payment requirements and the current official page before a release.
Build one personalised queue of countdowns, Japan times and preparation dates — then save it or add it to your calendar.
The planner currently tracks 32 bookings across 9 destinations. 13 of them publish a rule precise enough to turn into a date; the rest are live checks with no opening moment to count down to. This is the whole picture before you enter any dates.
The longest notice any tracked booking needs is up to 1 year before the visit. If your trip is further away than that, nothing here is urgent yet.
This calendar does more than subtract a common number of days from a visit. It separates fixed release rules, monthly batches, drawings and live inventory so that unlike booking systems do not appear as equivalent deadlines.
Every calculated marker comes from the shared rule record for that experience. If the official wording is incomplete, variable or contradictory, the planner shows a live-check task instead of inventing a date. That refusal to guess is part of the result.

The provider's Japan-time statement remains visible beside the traveller's local calendar interpretation.
Each task identifies whether to apply, buy, monitor live inventory or wait for a result, with the official channel attached.
Imagine a trip containing one museum drawing, one train seat with a fixed sales rule and one attraction that only exposes live inventory. The planner deliberately gives those three items different actions:
The drawing becomes a staged task: prepare, apply, check the result and complete any required confirmation.
The fixed train rule can produce a dated marker when the official operator supplies enough information for a calculation.
The live-inventory attraction remains an undated check, because a changing sales calendar is not evidence of a permanent release formula.
A marker is planning evidence, not inventory. It cannot guarantee a ticket, drawing result, successful payment or unchanged provider policy. Reopen the linked official source when the reminder arrives and before changing non-refundable travel plans.
