Japan Booking Planner is run by one person, so replies are not instant and there is no guaranteed response time. Corrections are read first because an inaccurate live claim matters more than any other message.
Messages are processed through Netlify Forms and used only to answer the request you sent. They are deleted no later than six months after the matter is resolved, unless a legal claim requires longer retention, and they are never reused for marketing.
Read the privacy policyIf a venue or operator has changed its release date, window or channel and a page here is now wrong, that is the most valuable message this project receives. Include the page and, if you have it, the official source that contradicts it. Substantive corrections update both language versions and the shared evidence record.
Access, deletion or objection requests about the limited data this site processes, together with anything about analytics consent or the cookie banner. These are handled by the same person who runs the site, not a support desk.
Questions about why a page states a rule the way it does, why a booking shows no date, or which official source was used. The reasoning behind a page is not a trade secret and can be explained.
