The useful question is not “what is popular?” but “what would materially change the trip if it were unavailable?” A fixed-date event, an intercity connection and a flexible neighbourhood walk do not deserve the same urgency.

Build three small lists
- Anchors: dated experiences that shape where you sleep or travel.
- Connections: transport decisions that depend on those anchors.
- Options: food, views and walks that can move without breaking the route.
Use the booking calendar to order the work. It calculates a date only when the linked official source publishes a precise rule and leaves variable availability undated.
Verify at the point of action
Open the operator or venue’s own website, confirm the date, local release time and conditions, then update your personal checklist. Screenshots, old posts and copied summaries can be helpful leads, but they are not the final authority.
